Coaches Application and Background and Background Check

Each youth coach must undergo a background check through the WCRD to be accepted as a Youth Coach.  The application below must be completed and on filed with the local Whitfield County Recreation Department. Typically, this requirement is for first year coaches, but we reserve the right to require every coach to reapply each year.
