| Terms of WSYAA Photography BidsWSYAA will accept bids from local photographers to perform this function for the Association. WSYAA proceeds from this Picture Day will be used for equipment purchase for the various team sports for which WSYAA is engaged. These bids are due by March 1 of each year and covers a 12-month period. Photographers who would like to participate in the bid process are requested to send an email to vendors@wsyaa.com with their company name and contact information expressing their interest in bidding for the opportunity to bid for this photography activity. Separate bid information will be forwarded to all interested photographers at the conclusion of the bid invitation process. Participating Vendors must make available digital copies of photography and must approve use of these images on the WSYAA website. These images may include youth who do not purchase picture packages. Images may be used throughout the website, on team pages, or on individual player pages. In exchange for the use of these images, WSYAA will produce a page on its website for the photographer, which may be designed by the photographer. This page will include package pricing for pictures, previous photography performed, and links to the photographers website. WSYAA also will provide direct links from Team pages from images to the photographers site for photo purchase. Parents may click on images and be redirected to the photographers site for purchase of these images. The duration of this bid, as yet, has not been established, but it may include Fall Sports. |
