WCRD Team Roster

Click to download, print, or save the Whitfield County Recreation Department (WCRD) Team Roster. This form can be printed and hand-filled or saved to your hard drive and emailed to the County Rec. Also WSYAA Requires a WSYAA Team Roster to be completed.

Team Rosters are due at The Whitfield County Recreation Department by March 17, 2008. We have included a link to the word file that contains this document which can be completed online, saved to your computer, and emailed to the WCRD. Click on this link to open this document: WCRD Team Roster. In addition the WSYAA Team Roster must be completed and returned to WSYAA

In addition, WSYAA has an additional WSYAA Team Roster which will be used to upload your team information to your team website on the WSYAA Website. You may complete the WCRD Roster and copy and paste much of the information from the WCRD Team Roster to the WSYAA Team Roster. This WSYAA form requests parent name and email address so we can send notices of upcoming events, but is also used for ordering uniforms. This form also can be printed and distributed to your parents as a team contact list. Once completed and emailed teaminfo@wsyaa.com we will create a team website for your team and upload this information to your team website.
